Hi, I’m Casey.
I’m a 41-year-old woman who spent years believing I just needed more discipline.
More willpower.
More grit.
More “try harder.”
I thought if I could just want it badly enough, I could fix what felt off in my body.
But what I’ve learned — personally and professionally — is that many women aren’t struggling because they’re lazy.
We’re struggling because no one taught us how our biology actually works.
My Background
I hold a B.S. in Clinical Psychology and I’m a certified educator for grades 6–12. I’ve spent years teaching, studying behavior, and understanding how people learn.
What I didn’t fully understand — until it happened to me — was how dramatically our metabolism, hormones, and inflammation patterns can shift after 30.
And how quickly women internalize those changes as personal failure.
That’s the gap I care about.
Why I Started Seeking The Spark
Seeking The Spark began as a personal journey.
I was tired of feeling like I was losing control of my energy, my weight, and my motivation — and then blaming myself for it.
When I began learning about insulin resistance, hormonal shifts, behavior patterns, and sustainable habit formation, everything clicked.
This wasn’t a character flaw.
It was physiology.
And once I understood that, everything changed.
What I Do Now
I document my GLP-1 journey openly — the wins, the questions, the reality.
But more importantly, I teach the behavior and mindset skills that make health changes sustainable.
Because medication alone isn’t the solution.
Understanding your biology + building supportive habits is.
I help women:
• Understand what’s happening in their bodies
• Stop blaming themselves first
• Build sustainable routines
• Reclaim energy and clarity
• Thrive instead of just “push through”

The Mission
